Rattlin horn squaller.........(SOLD To ME!)

Many years ago I killed my first buck with a shotgun and a slug a six point. On my way out of the woods I found a set of rattling horns someone had lost.......I tried to find out who they belonged to but I do not think the trespasser wanted me to know so I hung on to them in hopes he would come clean someday and I would then return them.
I used em myself for rattling some and then put them in the basement in a box.
They were used so much you can see the polished look from where my hands were cold and I was wearing leather gloves.

I use another method now for ratting and figured I would make another use for the old horns that followed me on so many hunts all over WV and Ohio And here is the first result.

Larger than most I have done yet one of the best I have done to date. .308 for size comp.
Sold......to ME.......

Been real busy making calls for folks.....made this one while three others were drying. First one I could put up for sale for a while.....

In the first pick you can see two slight worn grooves near the knurl on the right......this was not from sanding but from a lot of rattling with leather gloves on.......

Man I was ate up with deer hunting back then.

I still have the match side and a good bit of this horn and I intend to make myself one from that and will keep it always.

I know I over priced this call.......then I put it on my lanyard.......I gotta keep this one!

I dont do it very often but me and this old horn aint done hunting together yet.
