Now its worse.  I have to click a window to get rid of a sumbitch that wasn't bothering me in the first place.

You should be able to scroll through the forums or whatever you want like it's not even there.
It's not blocking anything, and it's not following anything.

Its just a distraction thats there, kinda looks like a pop-up, and when I close it, it comes back everytime I go back to the main menu or another forum.

I'm having a heck of a time with the developers for the software of banner script. The newest version just will not run the way it's suppose to, the older versions were getting hacked.

If I can just shut it off as a profile option, I would. If not just leave it. I'm not having any loading issues either way.
