i took the kids fishing (Tuesday)

we went to a couple local spots to fish yesterday. i took alexys, Baniel and Tyler(the neighbor kid whos up here most all the time)

we had a good time.

alexys caught the only fish at the first place we went though.

it was a beautiful day just to be outside.

Did you keep Alexys catch for her?

she wanted to keep it for coon bait come fall. she said it would bait 2 sets, lol.

she was right but i convinced her it would be better if we let it go and came back later to catch it again.

You know you are raising you child right when she doesn't look at the size of the catch but is figuring how many sets she can get from the catch.  Go Alexis!
