Directors Meeting at 7:00 PM on October 16th, 2009

Please bring a dish for the "pot luck" luncheon, and anything you wish to donate to the auction. Thank you.

Where: The Okmulgee County Fairgrounds, Okmulgee, OK

We are always accepting donations from retailers and manufacturers ... especially for the kids. If you wish to donate an item or items to the kids, please contact me. Donors will be listed accordingly on the O.F.B.A. website. Thank you.

# 8:00 - 9:00 Meet & greet, donuts and coffee time.
# 9:00 - 11:00 General Membership Meeting & vote for new Officials.
# 10:00 - 11:00 Youth "Best Set" Contest w/ set of their choice & explanation of set, target species, etc
# 11:00 - 12:00 Calling Demo (Provided by O.P.H.A. Member Kelly Jackson)
# 12:00 - 1:00 Pot Luck Lunch.
# 1:00 - 2:00 Demo (Fur Skinning & Handling w/ Terry Thornton)
# 2:00 - 3:00 O.F.B.A. Benefit Auction.
# 3:00 - 4:00 Demo (Dog & Cat Trapping w/ Scott Gladden of Hot Springs, AR)
# 4:00 - 5:00 Youth Calling Contest (All Ages to 17, Directed by Kelly Jackson). Youth Contest Awards Presentation.
# 5:00 - ? Facility clean up, Q&A, dispersal, etc.
