wow, no I didnt hear, but it was clearly fast approaching.
Sad news indeed. The one and only original icon of Predator Hunting, no if's and's or but's about it.
Danny had been calling coyotes long before the mass of self exploitation, and profiteering ever existed. He got to see it all bloom from absolutely nothing.

Sending prayers for his family and friends. May he rest in peace.

Thanks Al,

He'll for sure always be missed, but never ever forgotten. Danny has etched memories and pictures in my head through the stories and post he has made and told over the years, that I'll never forget.

Love ya Danny and rest in piece buddy.

Truly is a sad day, not only for his family but for the entire predator calling family.  Hunted with Danny once and wife and I had a leisurely lunch and drinks with him in Silver City, NM several years ago.  He will be missed by many.
When they come for mine they better bring theirs

NASA - If memory serves me correct it was sometime in late Feb or early March 2004.  I have some pictures around here someplace, when I find them I'll post a couple.  I don't recall meeting his wife.

Kinda like the conversation I had with Jim just a few days back about the Globe hunt.  It's taken me a while to find my name tag and reservation permit, but I did, so just bear with me.
When they come for mine they better bring theirs

Being a "new" newbie here I didn't know the gentleman nor have I had a chance to read any of his post. From what I'm reading now it appears I have missed out on meeting another fine feller. My sincere condolences to his family, our prayers have been sent.

GunDog-- Check the Predator Forum here for Danny's posts. I think you'll find them informative & you'll also notice an air of enthusiasm for predator hunting & humbleness on his part.  :yoyo: :yoyo:
