I pulled into the horse farm and seen one setting on the hill waiting on me.  It was a smaller female with a nice light gray coat. I wish I could get permission to hunt the small sections of land around this farm, but people refuse to allow any hunting. So I'll just keep doing what I'm doing.

Good job!   :congrats:   What kind of trap/set were you using?  I'm not a trapper so just trying to learn a little.

I was using a snare with coyote urine on either side of the set. It's been a year since anything came through the fence in this area. The hole in the brush was there , but the grass had grown up and almost closed it off. I set the snare on the trail and put a small amount of coyote urine about 10 yards on either side of the set. I don't know if it sparked curiosity or it was just time for one to pass through, but 3 days after I done it I caught one.
