Al is well, all cured and over his malady.  Skip the next Dr. appointment and phone in to tell him you're OK now.  :highclap:

Well I've been thinkin a little about this. Watched the movie the other night too. I've had the opportunity to experience many of the different things that I've wanted to do, my 42 years on this earth. But that is also because I made the effort to do so now, because I didn't want to rely on the fact that I would have the time, money, health, or even be alive to do it later. I know people that put away every penny and don't really do much now, planning on doing all these things when they retire. I've also seen several people see these plans go down the drain, mainly because of health and financial issues. To each there own, and I won't knock anybody for how they want to plan for the future, that's up to each individual.
About 25 years ago family on my Dads side started to get together and do a reunion type deal when they thought  my Grandpas days were getting numbered. We would all get together and spend a week somewhere usually in a central location in the Midwest. Okoboji, Ia. Branson, Mo. in MN, MI, Chicago etc.  We've kept doing it now every 3 or 4 years since. When I was younger I didn't always feel the real joy in doin it, and usually wanted to do something "funner". As I started to grow older and have a family of my own, I started to enjoy it more and more, and really liked seeing my relatives and letting my kids spend time with cousins that they'd otherwise never even get to know, and is now important to me. So,,, if I found out tomorrow that my time was up shortly, I think the first thing on my list would be to get together with as many family members as possible and spend time having fun with them.
Aside from that, I think the top one on my Bucket List would be to hunt Alaska. Like many others, Alaska has that allure to it, and something that's been "dreamt" about since my younger days. Another thing that would probably be on the list (especially if I shared a hospital room with a billionaire  :laf:) would be an African safari with my wife. We could do a photo safari together, and if it worked out I would also do a little huntin . There's some things, that I've done before, that I hope to be able to do again. A couple would be to go on another cruise with my wife, and I'd love to spend some more time in the mountains chasing elk around.
So, I guess my list is not real big. Sorry. But I guess that's a good thing for me . I'd be content and wouldn't have a bunch of regrets if I found out my time was up, and more importantly, I have the comfort in where I believe I'm headin after life here. Thanks John, I think it's a good topic and one I encourage  everybody to look at now. We take many things for granted everyday, none of us know when our time is up on this earth.
