Yes, today is his first anniversary in office.....


Major accomplishments:

- $787 Billion porkulus driving the national debt to $1.6 Trillion (largest ever)

- Signature issue of HCR in its death throws as his party and super majorities implode and begin eating their own.

- Cap & Tax dead in the Senate.

- The 47 year "Kennedy" dynasty seat filled by a Republican.

- Poll numbers as lower or lower than any other modern President at the 1 year point - and still falling.

- 1st president in 110 years to miss the annual Army-Navy Football Game.

- 1st president to not attend any Christmas religious observance.

- 1st president to stay on vacation after a terrorist attack.

- first President not to stay in Washington for Christmas for the last 20 years.
Past Presidents did not leave Washington for Christmas vacation until after Christmas. This was done so that their staff (Secret Service, Air Force One Crew, Limousine transport, Presidential advancing logistics, etc.) could be with their families for Christmas. He's the most narcissistic, self-absorbed President ever elected. And this is just his first year!!!

Some other notable accomplishments he can add to his resume'....

- Increased firearm sales like no other person in history aside from Clint Eastwood. 

- Shown that frugal gift giving to foreign dignitaries are completely acceptable. 

- Provided a sense of calm among terrorists. 

- Gave all of us $14 per pay check into our pockets for one year. 

- Surrounded himself with the worst characters available to which Al Capone would be proud.

Ok....To give credit where credit is due, he did have one accomplishment. He approved the shooting of three Somali pirates. That is the one and only thing I can think of....

The Pirate shootings were good too. And he did approve of more troops in Afghanistan.

    I've always given credit when it is due. Either good or bad. But this time it just leaves a bad taste in my mouth for some reason.

Good post FO. Most normal people around here know enough about what he has done that they get that sick feeling in their gut when they see him on tv or see an Obama bumper sticker. Even at that, you just don't realize how screwed up he is til you add it all up and it come out to even more than what you figured. This is going to leave a nasty scar on American History.

And he doesn't even have an alcky Brother with cheap beer named after him.

Let's not give him to much credit on the pirates/terrorist shooting.  When a group of pirates are holding an American citizen hostage the decision to kill them or not should not be a decision from the White House but a decision of the commander on the scene.  I would bet that if something went terribly wrong on the shooting he would not have admitted it was his decision.
