Slick little trick...I take a mouse squeaker...stuff a strong little magnet into it..I like the magnet inside so it does not scratch the gun...presto..you can stick it on any gun where there is metal...so when you have game in and want to stop it for the shot..hit the squeaker then pull the trigger...not just for predators either...everything from squirrels to deer will usually freeze when you hit a loud squeak..I place it so I can hit it and shoot without having to move my hand from the gun..works just as well on handguns too....this also works good to get that big tom to freeze for the head shot:

Thats cool I am glad you like something like that I fixed a doe bleat up sorta like that to try out this season I am still working on a style for it

You can buy similar gizmos too I believe. They even have them fit on the end of the shooting sticks so it's in reach while you balance the rifle.
