States filing bankruptcy

Not yet.    This is just something I ran across this AM. There are talks of what to do & how to help them. I would think if a State declares bankruptcy the worst thing wouldn't be all the employees losing their pensions,, which that would be a terrible thing,, but rather all the businesses that work for the State not getting paid for services rendered & having to close their doors.
