How the weather where you are today? Are the storms rolling threw like they are here in Northern Ky? Its realy hammerin outside and the wind and rain has been awfull.

FinsnFur

It's been in the mid forties here for the last several days. The ice is about off the river, the wind is blowing insanely.

My daughters got 18" inches of snow late last week, and another 12 yesterday, and they are only between 5 and 6 hours from me.

It seems to be pretty much the same all over with the wind.  We had a pretty good thunderstorm roll through about 5:00 a.m. and had a couple of good rains during the day.  The good thing about Ohio is if you don't like the weather just wait a day and it will be different.  Possible sleet is predicted for tomorrow morning.

Raining hard right now with possible flooding in the low lands. We even had hail and flying cows in some places. The weather service just ended a tornado watch/warning for here and surrounding areas.  :doh2: Spring weather...  :whew:

Born and raised in the southern highlands of Appalachia, I'm just an ol' country boy who enjoys calling coyotes... nothing more, nothing less.

Got caught in a nice little hail storm today. That was fun. Winds howling like crazy and a funnel cloud was spotted just north of me. Don't know if it ever touched down, but I know I had to drive around a lot of fallen and snapped trees just to get home. Good fun.  :eyebrownod:

Man! I was tickled when I got home! I've been trying to get my house and yard ready to sell and I had a big ole pile of yard debris to get rid of that was sitting half on the curb and street and the other half in the yard well, When I got home my good friend Ma nature had taken care of it for me by washing and blowing it away I guess! Then I remember she rarely takes without giving so I walked around back to see that she deposited one of my neighbor's tree limbs on my privacy fence and took it to the ground in one section :madd: :madd: :madd:

70*F and a 70MPH gust. Then it got nasty with the thunderstorms at about 1:30PM and now its 40 and as calm as can be. Good ol ma nature sure likes to keep things intresting.

For a change we got a pleasant surprise - no sleet and better yet it doesn't even look like rain.  Talked with a friend in Columbus area last night and they got over 2 inches of rain and also had wind that knocked out power around the city.
