Big fight coming up in the UFC this weekend, George St.Pierre defends... his title against Jake Shields...Shields is a well decorated figther but GSP is an absolute monster...I predict GSP is going to be taking the belt home yet again  :yoyo:

I like GSP, ( be better if he wasn't a french canadian  :innocentwhistle:  :laf:) I like the way
he handles himself, in, and outta the ring.  But like any king, sooner or later he's gonna get
dethroned. Shields is pretty tough, not sure if he's got enough for GSP though.
Should be a decent fight.

I've watched the fights on (I think it was) this one before,

Last time I watched a fight on it, it would lock up quite a bit,
you could still hear what was goin on,  but the picture would be froze.  :laf:

I didnt like GSP at first but only because he was taking out all my old time heros.
Nothing is forever and it's an ever evolving sport right? Out with the old, in with the new.

I appreciate him now, but I still like my old dried up favorites Liddel, Lessner :yoyo:

I want to see Anderson Silva and GSP square off.

Yeah it is always sad to see the great warriors slowly fade away...age always wins in the end, although Randy Couture, MMA LEGEND, is fighting tonight  :yoyo:.

UFC Welterweight Champion Georges St. Pierre makes the trek to the Sport Science lab to see if he has what it takes to beat Jake Shields in the Octagon. St. Pierre showed off his stamina and punches to ESPN Sport Science's John Brenkus where he tested St. Pierre's power and speed.
- Stamina: When most fighters hit their ceiling (maximum), GSP is at 85% of his max
- Georges St. Pierre's punch registers at 2859 lbs of force
- Georges St. Pierre's kick registers at 3477 lbs of force
- Georges St. Pierre's punch/kick combo registers at 6000+ lbs of force in under 1 second
- Speed: Georges St. Pierre's takedown generates 2400 watts of power in 1.17 second (on par with Rashad Evans)
- Georges St. Pierre's superman punch moves at 15 feet/second (twice as fast as his normal punch)
To compare: Cain Velasquez's punch is 2230 lbs of force, Rampage Jackson's punch is 1800 lbs of force and Shogun Rua's kick is 2749 lbs of force.

I heard him tell mom if she turned the light out he would eat it.
Don't bring shame to our sport.

He died for dipshits too.
