That whole article talks about deploying the decoy in Utah.
The only mention of Georgia is a single sentence stating the fact that they had to get a new one, cause they shot theirs all up.

I know Jim, thats the funny part.

Had to replace the one in Georgia cause it was shot over 1000 times.

Probably 30 times by one guy who couldn't figure it out.

(Sorry just picture a truck load of rednecks opening up on the side of the road)

I liked the one where the guy swerved off the road and ran it down with his car while the DNR watched flabbergasted. Too funny!

Our DNR has several of those here in NC. Seems some of these guys never learn, amd they're not limited to GA.
