This is where I was raised until I was 18 n joined the service, with 5 brothers and 3 sisters, it used to have an addition on it, no electricity or running water, we use it as a camp now, manly living  :yoyo:

That 36x60 single hung window directly under the peak looks like it's worth more then the whole house.

That place looks like it has a few stories to tell, is that a well on the right side there?

:biggrin: you nailed the bedroom we boys slept in the loft..in the winter time the roofing nals sticking out on the inside would be covered in frost every morning.

Nope we did and still do hauled all our water by hand from a brook out back...those are a couple of truck rims we use to grill on.

The best thing about it is the location...it sits right on the edge of a huge state WMA with thousands of acres of pristine woods, and very little human presence, just like it was when I hunted it as a lad  :yoyo:
