First time out this year

The water is still pretty cold and I only caught one fish but it was a nice one.

5 pounds 9 ounces and 21 1/2 inches long.


Kind of sluggishly took a spinner bait and didn't put up a tremendous fight, but it was fun none the less.

That's just what I was going to post:  That bass is bigger than any I've ever caught, even when fishing farther south!  That's a biggun'

Really nice fish, but as coyote101 Pat aways says, he throws the little ones like this back so they can grow to normal size.   :laf:
