Some trail cam pics that I got last week from our trapping carcass pit. Lot's of visitors. :eyebrownod:
The pit is mostly Muskrat carcasses right now but they sure love em.
There's a coyote in some of the pics. I noticed after going through the SD cards, he came every single day for a week.
The other flash? I have two cameras facing each other. One on each side of the pit.

Hawks Feather

Lots of visitors and lots of muskrat tails!

bambam

Muskrat is good eatin.

Todd Rahm

There's some nice hides visiting that gut pile.

Okanagan

Great series of pics!  I'm a little surprised that the bobcat worked the gut pile as much as he did, but I know that bobcats love beaver carcases.  Cougars rarely scavenge on anything that they did not kill themselves, but the smaller bobcats are probably less picky.

The young Eagles were a real treat. Especially that many of them together.
Last year I didnt get one Eagle that I recall, but I got 100's and 100's of Crows.
This year, literally not one Crow. I wonder if the Eagles had anything to do with that. :wo:

The camera down near the ground in front of the pit, maxed itself out in 4 days. "SD card Full" 6000 pics. Thats how much time those eagles spent there. :shock2:

So I gotta ask, did you see any critters with your own eyes?
I say what I think not think what I say.
