Anyone got any good recipes?

Don't have any recipes for ya but the one and only bear I killed several years ago I barbequed (slow cooked) over an open hickory pit.  I cooked it like I would pork.  Bear has a lot of fat in the meat and it turned out really good.   

Have you got your bear or just in the plannin stage?   :biggrin:
