I know how those stories can seem true. Why the first time I stopped at the LBL two of the ugliest & gnarliest creatures approached me as I got outta my vehicle.  What was I to do? The guns were in the back.  Every Sneaky Leaf I had on my garments quivered. Lawdy, I was scaret.  Then in unison they both stretched forth an appendage to take ahold of me as they had so many other hapless creature.  About then one opened his mouth & I expected to hear the victory scream of a Banshee.  Made to deafen & immobilize their prey.  To late I was already immobile.  If anybody had asked me for a urine sample right then & there I coulda squirted 'em a quart only problem is they woulda had to get it themselves. I mean I was that immobile! Then in the next second  I heard "Hi, I'm Canine & this here is Straycat."  :whew:

After much reading and alot of internet research including reviewing post on several forums and including this one, I have come to the conclusion that zone 1 of LBL seems to be a place refuge for strange creatures to lurk and also contains a few spots that are favored by local hunters. There is apparently an old apple orchard that is frequented by many deer and predators ,also I have read that Bigfoot likes apples and gets very angry with people that steal the apples off his tree, and in retaliation he throws poop at them ! which in turn draws in the coyotes followed by the hapless coyote hunter. IMO the BEAST OF LBL is no more than local coyote hunters trying to keep FNFers out of this zone. They must think pretty highly of this area to think up such a tail as this and create such commotion for the past several years just to keep this area a secret. I my self am going to hunt this area during the famous FNF annual LBL get together and will not be intimitated by their actions, just because I'll be carrying an AR and hefty side arm doesnt mean im scared I just like being prepared for the worst. You never know what might happen.

The people that started this rumor should be ashamed of theirselves and should come forward and confess !!! we already know who you are.

Jimmie in Ky

Ha,ha I would worry more about calling that mountain lion than the boogers. Don't have to worry about coyotes up there either. Jimmie

Look at the drawing of the "wolfman". Look at a pic of Jimmie. Let Jimmie go a few days without shaving and "PRESTO!!!"......it all adds up..... :nono:

I am anxious to see how many people take off to area1 during our hunt.. It will also be interesting how many bigfoots and wolfmans get killed by us. Has everyone got at least one silver bullet??  :laf:

Remember if you shoot a boogy man and plan to have it mounted, you'll want to do a dorsal cut when skinning it.

Then get that skin on ice. or salt it down.

"Mounting a booger" is one of those things that could just cost you a one time nominal fee or it could cost you a lifetime.  :innocentwhistle:
