5 New Turned Strikers

I think I am getting better at turning strikers since I bought the chuck system. What do you guys think?

Top to Bottom: Silver Maple, Bocote, Mahogany, Canary and Sassafras.

What chuck did you buy to do those,? I am using a barracuda chuck and a collet chuck.

I bought the Barracuda2 chuck system and use the Pin Jaws plus I also mark the center on the other end and run my tailstock up there to stabilize the blank. It works for me.

Thats how I was doing it too. I was just checking to see if you were doing it the same as I was and if you had bought one of those oneway or vicmarc chucks. I was curious how they compare to the barracudas.
