You lanyard makers have any suggestions how to keep your calls from bumping together? Especially the two top ones on a 4 tier call? I wonder if you couldn't stagger those two so the calls wouldn't bang together. I like to be quiet and this ain't quiet !

You can try to stagger em, or make them a bit higher up on the sides. That will get them a bit farther apart.

You need to take a look at Reese Lanyards. Actually there's some of his lanyards in the FnF Store with off set drops too.

Not sure if this is exactly what you're talkin about, but this is one thing you can do if your drops
aren't adjustable.
They start out like this

wrap around like this

and end up with them like this

Is this what you're talkin about?

Yea Scott that's what I'm talking about. Your drops are allot longer than mine and I can't loop them because they are too short.

THO Game Calls

Take a piece of para cord and tie in a hangmans noose at each end.  Slip one end in one of the drops and pull the  other end through to secure it and then attach your call.  you wll now have one drop a couple inches longer than the other and that might help.  You can also get a clip and tie it to one end of a peice of para cord and make a hangmans noose in the other and attach your call, then just clip it on a drop.  I do this with several different calls and when I want to use something different, I just unclip one and clip on a different one.  I think I got that idea from Loren's lanyards as they may be built that way, I have never seen one up close but I seem to rember it.

All I use are Loren Reese's, but if'n ya get one check to see if the top calls hit the "leg band", if they do just take the leg band off, or maybe Loren can get ya one with out the band in that location, or with out one all together.

So much for Yankee ingenuity -

Like this Jim, then you attach it to the side drop or any drop and it just lengthens the drop so the calls do not bang.  Put a clip in it and do up several and you can change calls very easily.

This is the same concept I have on my lanyards.  I have the tiers that can be removed or added.  It allows the custom length of the tiers based on the customer needs or wants.

See - I told you I stole that idea from the master  :eyebrownod:

It works too.
