Bill the price to ship it to the other two states (which are part of the US of A), if your using the USPS, is exactly the same as if ya were sending to the next town. 

Mostly ya see the "Lower 48" comment from folks that use the UPS/FedEx, or companies that think Alaska and Hawaii are other countries. 

Or if they don't want to seell to an Alaskan.  :roflmao:
