stevens 200 or mossberg atr

looking at both as an inexpensive rifles to kyrlon camo up both are in the same price range, the mossberg seams to have good reviews but the stevens has been around longer and wanting it in 243, they look to be a Good light Carry weapon for yoties

Guys that I know like their Stevens, but I don't know anyone w/ a ATR. 
W/ the Stevens you can switch things out like the Savages.

i have both in .270...and 223......much prefer the stevens over the mossberg........sleeker....better built....on the atr i seemed to have an issue with shell noses hanging up when you tried to chamber a round...i love the stevens in .223 and i sold the mossberg....i also have the marlin xl7 for roughly the same price...sweeeeeeeeet rifle !
