It certainly looks good cathryn.  We ate goat for years while I was growing up but haven't had any for a long time.  I don't recall ever having it in burger form and I was wondering if it is really lean?

yes it was. i was a litlte concerned it wouldnt hold together when i cooked it but it did fine.

Yipper, I like goat burgers if they aren't dried out. Ranks right up there with my all time favorite, Mule steaks.
