Got my bear back from the Taxidermist today.

Shoulda seen the look on a couple little kids faces that were playin on the curb, I had to go extra slow past em. 
"Hey, ya wanna come here and pet my dog "

That is a great looking dog, and should keep all your valuables safe in the truck.  I can imagine the looks you got.

Someone got you on video Scott. It was on channel 3 this morning.

I can't see the whole mount yet, but I'm liking what I see.
A lot of taxidermists ruin bears by cropping the ears up like a damn teddy bear. Your taxidermist knew what he was doing, your ears are flat across the top of the head, as if that bear is saying "who the*&^$ are you and what'r you looking at"

I agree that you should give him a permanent home right there on the front seat.  I am sure that it wouldn't be long and LOTS of people would recognize your truck.

Thanks guys. It was kinda fun.    Some of the looks were pretty priceless. 
Cathryn, I'd let ya, if ya weren't so far away. Alexy could be sittin down beside it doin some howlin or somethin. 
Semp, I may just hafta pull it back out and do that sometime.  Only I'd have to face it towards the drive up window
with it's head over my shoulder and be petting it as I pull up. 
Jim, it's kinda funny you should mention the ears. The Taxidermist is a friend of mine, I talked him into calling me when he had the bear at that stage.
I told him I wanted to see what the ears looked like with them kind of cocked up, I can still see how that smaller brown one that I passed up looked
when it stopped and stood up and looked at me. When I got there I knew right away that I didn't care for it that way so we grabbed the ears and
moved em around until I liked it. I think it turned out pretty well.
