Marblewood and curly maple......

This one was an emergency fathers day gift a young lady wanted me to make......of course she asked me the day before...
but I got er done and it sounds and looks great....until you try and take a pick of it....

Nice looking calls Al and you got that second call lined up perfect.

Thanks John.....That marble wood is tough to line up at all....and I had to resharpen my tools as it is tough stuff!
I wanted a different shape than that but there was an unattractive flaw in the wood I had to remove.

Nice lookin calls Al. The curly Maple shows up nicely.

No stain HaMer...
I used Linseed oil to bring out the grain then when dry I used a spray on over it to give a hard finish.
