I'm seeing a lot of AR's being resold for over a grand, some for around 1200 bucks.  Some of the local stores are starting to have a few new ones on the shelves. Has the demand dropped, and are the people that bought AR's six months ago stuck with overpriced rifles?

Yes, but some one forgot to tell my local dealer, cause he has a ton sitting in the shop and he still has couging prices on them that are as much as $600 to high.  :rolleye:

The local shop here said they sold over 2,000 AR's after Obama won last November.  They had virtually nothing on the shelf 45 days ago.  I was there last Saturday to pick up my new 1911 and they had a wall full.  Still pretty high priced.  I saw two sold while I was there so the market seems to be alive and well.

They always seem to have them around here.....the people around here for the most part do not have the money for them cause there aint any work......

Startin to see more around here too I think.
Prices might be slightly higher yet then what
they were pre Obama, but overall not that bad.
Seems like there's a few more showin up 2nd hand,
or in classifieds. I have a feeling quite a few people
got stuck paying BIG prices in the buying frenzy,
then what they could get one for now.

They are slowly starting to show up.  I was in Columbus this weekend and there were a couple of places that had handgun ammo.  All had limits of two to four, but at least there was some there.  There was even .380, but it was about $90 for 250 FMJ rounds.

Yeah,  .380 seems to be the hardest to find??

AR's and their parts have become more available in the last month. I was able to get all the parts I needed during the shortage From Stag Arms, but they cautioned me about reselling them on the Internet. They did however keep me in the parts I needed to build rifles. In one of the last conversations I had with them they were shipping parts to anyone that ordered them. I'm a premier dealer for Rock River Arms and they just about cut me off on parts in the last 6-8 months. Now they are also shipping to everyone. I feel sorry for the people that bought rifles and parts from dealers that had the prices jacked up.
Life's tough, it's tougher if you're a nasty, fat, unemployable, drunk, socialist. To say nothing of the fact you are an embezzler.
