Dont give it away for a bit so more folks can try to find it. Just let us know if you see it or not.

I see it.  Great photo!

Yep, easy spot, if you lived in Africa.  I have a picture of one I took when we lived in the Congo.  I'll see if I can get it scanned and post it.
When they come for mine they better bring theirs

It took me several minutes to see it. I'm impressed with you guys.

It took me four or five seconds but I was motivated and racing to see it.  I opened the last post of the thread and read up from the bottom, and Dave's post tipped me off to look fast before I saw the pic or read the tag line.

I had the girls take a gander and one gave up which motivated the other. :laf: It took her close to a full minute.

Fos has a really long list and is working on entering all the names.

I found 'something' in between 5 and 10 seconds.  I normally at fairly decent at things like this.  I just wish that it would be worth something.  I seem to be good at worthless things and not very good at paying things.

He died for dipshits too.

Took me about 5 seconds.  Fortunately, "Dave" would have been breaking trail for me, and would undoubtedly drawn the attack.   :laf:  Giving me plenty of time to either run, or try for a spectacular shot? :alscalls:

Since I don't move very fast anymore, I always carry a light weight .22LR in my pocket.  It won't kill any large animals, but a shot in the knee to the person with me will give me time to get away.

Jerry,

What do you think my "spectacular shot" represented?  :laf:  Dave's kind of tall, so there's not much of a target at knee level.  :laf:

HnC, your chances of survival would be way higher by choosing to run.

Don't you think I would have weighed all that information out first Dave? :laf:  No sir, I would never leave you in that situation.  Having hunted with you I know for a fact that you would have spotted that danger well before me.  Quickly diffusing it with your buckshot shooting skills. :highclap:  But now we know to keep Mr. Hawks Feather Jerry well in front of us. :eyebrow:

And then there was my photographer acquaintance who asked a young man to cover him with a rifle while he photographed grizzlies.  They stayed way back but one bear didn't like it and after a few pics it charged.  The photographer is familiar with bears and was pretty sure it was a bluff so he kept taking pics till it got close and then he ducked down low and to one side so the rifleman had a clear shot.  As he ducked he turned a bit and saw his rifleman protector running away.    :laf:
