Here are a couple picks of the trolly I made for my canoe. Made it from a couple old bycicles and an old couch frame. The rails fit right in the channels that run the length of the canoe so I can put it anywhere along the length of the canoe depending on weight distribution then just strap it tight. It's a real back saver when  I have to drag the canoe to the truck from the creek.

Nah.. that canoe is like 80 pounds. Plenty easy to load in the back of the truck.
