My nephew in Arkansas surprised me awhile back when he told me he calls his silver 4runner Pale Rider.  A place I worked years ago had a paint faded dump truck we called Old Yeller.

I got a new to me RAV4 recently and named her Raveen.  My son got a kind of mini dune buggy last week and within an hour my great grandsons were calling it Curby.  I never have named my Suzuki other than calling her Zuki.

Anybody else name your rigs?

I have several names for mine that mostly all involve swearing

I did when I was a kid. Well no I didnt, I take that back. My friends did it for me. :laf:
I had a 1967 Dodge Coronet, they nick named the Dumper.
I had a 1972 Plymouth duster they nick named the Doost.
And I had a 1979 Chevy Square Body 4WD they nick named the Wreck.

After that I just quit hanging out with them. :alscalls: No I'm kidding. A lot of us still talk today.
I grew up a gear head. We didnt have phones back then, none of us were interested in drugs, non of us smoked.
We all worked factory jobs and spent our whole checks on car parts. We loved spinning wrenches. And we built some real wrecks. :alscalls:
