Bacon wrapped oysters

My sister in law wraps small oysters in bacon, fries them and calls them Angels on Horseback.

I'm OK with oysters, seldom really crazy about them, but these things are FABULOUS!

Just googled Angels on Horseback and it's apparently a French recipe from the 1800's.

I'm not crazy about oysters, but that looks delicious.

I dont know if I could do Oysters. But I'd be up for a try this way.
