Got out for the first coon calling session of the season Thursday afternoon. The second stand brought two of the rascals charging in. They came from different directions about a minute apart. I got the first one and Kenny got the second. Youth muzzleloader season is open here, so orange is mandatory, but if they come they are focused on the call and you could be wearing a clown suit and it wouldn't matter.

The Mossburg has been good to me over the years:

Same here, I have had mine for over 30 years I think. And taking everything from bucks to ducks with it. I even have a rifled slug barrel for it with a cantilever scope mount.

Do you skin them out and sell later or take them to a fur buyer raw? Around here coon prices are so low that road kill coons are not even picked up.
