I was sitting at my desk last week kinda/sorta bored  .  I looked over at my pens and saw the one from you sitting there all proud.  I got to thinking and wrote the wife a cheque for a million dollars just to see if the pen works you know .  The bank wouldn't cash the damb thing so I'm thinking your pen maybe has a flaw in it.
