We have had RAIN!  Just under 5 inches Monday morning, then 2 inches Tuesday, and then another 1 inch yesterday.  Today they say it will rain.  I talked with my aunt in Findlay last night and she is dry, but her son has about 18 inches in the first floor of his place.  His business is closer to the river and thinks that will be a total loss.  My sister lives near Ottawa, which is down river from Findlay, and they have the highest waters in over 150 years.  Defiance has flooding around the river, but it hasn't gotten too bad - yet.  I am on some of the highest ground in the city, so if I go under water the only thing that will show in the downtown will be the top of the courthouse and a church steeple.

Thanks for checking,

Jerry
