Holy smokes Bill!! You flatassed nailed that one!! :congrats: :congrats:
Dang Bill, don't you hate it when a set comes together and turns out looking as good as this set? Nice set of calls. You also realize that you have raised the bar for yourself.
Jerry

I guess I don't have to wait for an answer to my E-Mail asking when you were going to unleash these puppies on the members here on Fnf :laf: NOW I KNOW :yoyo:
are you gonna just start turning "pairs" or Triplets now ??? I like that Burl,,how tall are all 3 of your calls ???

Bob
Thanks to everyone for the kind words
Jerry I hope I can live up to this set now
For those that are wondering when they will hit the store Hopefully mid July
Thanks again
Bill,
It's obvious your skills are improving. That set looks like it has a desent finish on it, and the proportion of the wood combos looks great. Glad to see you're still at it partner!
As for living up to the set, a great call maker once said to me "There is always another piece of wood, and another call to make". It looks like you're really starting to be concerned with how your calls come out. From this point on I doubt that you'll "live below" this level. Good Job!
Yoey
Thanks Yoey
The finish is Maylards Friction oil you reccomended it
Hey Bill,
That's a GOOD lookin' set of calls there :yoyo:
Very nice calls! :yoyo: Beautiful
Nelson

Bill. Cam told me he saw these yesterday and I can't figure out how I missed them. Great job bud. :yoyo:
Bill
Damn FINE Job,,why does that Burl wood remind me of Africa ??? I have been wondering WHY this wood "screams" Africa to me ever since you sent me those pics in an e-mail last week :wo: :wo: PLUS,,I am ADDICTED to Maple wood !
So I knew I would like them as soon as I heard Maple,,BUT after viewing ALL the great calls on this board I have become ADDICTED to about 2,000 types of wood now :doh2: maple must be a "GATEWAY" Wood
Bob
Danny it is a good thing Cam goes hunting with ya since he has the Eagle eye and sees the things you miss
Bob I picked the maple beause it was light colored and I hoped there would be more birdseye in it
Even though the set turned out pretty good
I missed this thread too. Beautiful work there Bud.
Your out doing yourself....going to have to start charging you a Show Off fee
Hey Bill, remember back in the day when you begged lil-man for a call?
About these you have posted here.....
Can I have one of these PLease.....Pretty please........I'll hold it and squeeze it and won't let anyone else slobber all over it..... and.....

:nono: I gotta disagree with ya there Bill. I've sat across from Bow at my own kitchen table :eyebrownod:
He walked in my front door wrapped in a Stetson and classy a trench coat. Unless I wanted to get up on the table... I had to look straight up to meet his eyes...... I knew I was gonna behave. :eyebrownod:
I had over looked this thread.
Bnccont, That is an awesome set of calls man! Beautiful woods that look great together on those beauties!

Maybe... but Bow's gonna be covering some major acreage with each bounding step.
This guy had to bend over to walk in my front door. I thought he dropped something till he stood back up. :shck:
