Ohio gun season opened today

Glad I got to feed that Grouse & even have a video of it. It's last meal was about 4 weeks later.

I don't know. It may have been an old one & just used up it's life. It was found a day or 2 after we had a good bit of snow & some 5*-10* temps. It wasn't chewed up at that point. When I would see it & didn't have any food with me it would walk around pecking the leaves & little berries off the underbrush.

Not really. It didn't care for the idea of someone feeding it a bird. It would just stick it's ~~pecker~~ beak up in the air & waddle off.

Yeah it was. But alas nothing lasts forever. It sure was fun while it lasted.
