Where to sell the pelts

I have always sold all my pelts at the local fur auction but thinking I may try to ship them this year.  Anybody have any advise on who I should send them to for top dollar.  Im completely in the dark here.

I ship all my coyote hides [and anything else I get] to NAFA.  I have been happy with what I got but then I wasn't expecting much.  They sell most of the furs in North America [I think] and have played a good game.  If you have lots of hides for sale they have a plan where you join and save 2% more on commission.

this year it would be hard for you to sell them in the country,imo.

the few buyers we have here either arent buying or are awiting till after thanskgiving to decide if theyre buying.

none are buying early fur and few are buying hunted coon.

we send ours to NAFA same as pitw.

if ya ship em, be prepared either to sell em cheap this year or not at all.

remeber if your shipping they need to be put up.
