Couple More Coyotes

Went out hunting today with jdbp. Started out the 1st stand with a howl on the CS-24 and 2 different groups lit up on each side of us. I gave a couple challenge howls and 2 coyotes came a running. About 100 yds out they split and 1 went around each side of a small hill in front of me. I shot the male that came around my side but didn't see where the other one got off to.

On our 5th stand, a place that looked good but I've never hunted before, I had played a few distress calls with no action. Then I switched to "coyote & fox fight" and had played it for about 3 minutes when another male was coming to the fight. jdbp shot that one at about 80 yds down a very steep hill. It was cold and windy but still a good day.
