Devon made allstars and we're headed off to the begining of some tourney games. They've been practicing every day all week and coming together very well for not playing with each other all year.

Here's his new outfit, very nice uniforms they provide I gotta say !!!

they put it in the paper, really muffed his name up good but we know its him LOL !!!!

If anybody has never seen the Little League World Series you are missing some of the best baseball ever played in the summer. Those kids are good!!

First game a nail biter. They trailed the entire game 6-3 till the last inning the bases got loaded up for us and Devon was on deck but the boy hitting ahead of him smoked a nice ball into the outfield and we won 7-6

Update: the last 2 games we lost 11-7 Saturday and 20 somethin to 2 today. The team we played against today could go up against any Highschool team and compete with them they were that good.

We're still in, another game Tuesday and if we win that we play Saturday but if we lose its another Wed.

We won tonight 15-9 and are at 2 & 2. Tonights game was about an hour drive, Saturday we play again but its at home.

Thats some good stuff silencer, thanks for sharing.

I remember thos days as a youth and they were some of the best memories. Good luck with the wrap up and tell your boy we're rooting for him.

Thanks guys, he's so uncomfortable in the outfield, his entire life he's played infiled/pitcher but they let the 10yr olds play there. He picked up on it rather quickly and has played the full 6 innings the last 2 games

We play a pretty good team tomrra, If you notice in the pics his batting stance has been terrible. We've worked on that and he's back to popping them out to mid left/center again.
