Had to be a bear from another state. 
Kentucky bears have know for years that Kentuckians ain't worth eatin'.

The guy walks up on a bear and the first thing he wants to do is take cell phone pics of it. He should have backed away slowly, not stood there with his arm raised taking pictures.

Glad the guy survived with only minor injuries.
