  Just got around to watching that.  Pretty slick rig for a fact.  I've seen the same sorta set up for coyotes as well.  Looks like he should maybe invest in a heater for the shed if he ever has more than one to do . 
  As I don't have any Racoons to skin I gotta ask, how are they to flesh .

i think they are a mess..... they have alot of fat that likes to hold on to the skin...but that is just me, dad dont mind them much

i stick to beave, muskrat, and mink....dad gets the rest lol
iwould rather cleanskin somthing and not have to flesh much

Pretty handy lil set up.
I dont think coons are that tough to skin though. I would however want one if I had a pile of coyotes to do.
Coons up here anyway...are so full of jelled up fat they skin pretty easily.

Coons can be a pain to skin depending on how much fat. I would think it would be worth trying on coyotes. Never know how well it will work unless you try.
