Way to go!!  Looks like you had a fantastic trip with friends and family. :congrats:

It does look like a good time.  What are the temps in the area you are hunting?  A friend from town went out about a month ago (early, but that is when he could go) and it was mid 60s during the day and then ended up in the low 30s at night.  With the snow that is staying it obviously is not that warm now.  Also wondering about bears.  Minister's wife in MI went out with her family and they got her cow out, but another one of the group shot a small bull and had three bears fighting over it a short time later.  They decided to let the bears have that one.

Looks like a great time. Congrats, and thanks for sharing!

Jerry, the avg. temps were in the mid 40s during the day and lower 30 during night, as for bears one of the guys counted 11 bears during archery season in the same area. On opening weekend 4 were taken in the area we hunted, and one one the second weekend.

Looks like a lot of dang fun. And some real good hunting.

Seriously though...did you guys just stage this pic and then rearrange things later for the trip home, or can a Chevrolet really handle all that? :alscalls:

Jim, we left my ford empty to pull the chevys out  :alscalls: :alscalls:  I have a carpet kit inside the camper shell. Very impressed with my ford, didn't have a problem the whole trip so far.

sometimes I wonder....is that getting closer..... then it hits me

I had a personal conflict the other day, now I'm not speaking to myself.... I'm getting lonesome

I met the girl of my dreams, I was the man of her dreams too.....she used the term "nightmares" though.
