This is the setup I want for my shop. Makes me feel "inadequate"

Click on "home" and check out his cnc vids.

Todd Rahm

Those are nice LH. So ya want to buy one or build one?

Lonehowl

Not the cues Todd, the CNC equipment. That would be awsome! Imagine the stuff you could make with it. I love precision in wood. Wish I could do that.
Then again I wouldnt mind having one of those cues either. So keep that in mind :eyebrownod: They are damn nice! His attention to detail is some of the best Ive seen.

Todd Rahm

Oh, I'm sorry the link tokk me to a pool cue page, building one actually. I'll go back and check'r out.

I ran a CNC for a long time. There awesome! I would like to have one here as well. But they are way out of my price range! The little Auto turns are not bad either.

Auto turns are what we had before CNC. The ran off air. Instead of a program they had a peg board. You put pegs in the holes to set the program so to speak.

Kind of like a generic CNC....LoL...Good little machines for small projects. But you had to watch them, I had one take my finger nail off once. Not fun!

A good NC might run you more that ya might think. One of the ones that currently run is 1.6 million.
