Range trip....And a first for the XD

I took the kids out yesterday morning to do a little shooting. We shot the AR for a bit and then loaded up the XD. One of the fellas beside us was asking some questions about the gun. We talked for a bit and like a dumb a$$ I made the statement "never had a failure in 600 to 700 rounds". Well, three rounds later the slide locks back and no boom. I ran another 50 rounds through it without a problem. I guess one failure out of 600 ain't bad.

It's a 40 cal shooting the cheap winchester ammo.
