I know you think I'm just running my suck, but those look like some nice crappie, I mean specks, I mean Croppie, I mean...aw heck, nevermind.

Hopefully I will be going Thursday to see if they are biting in this area. Work might not allow it, but gonna try.

Yes, I am alive! I may get quiet this time of year because I seem to change gears a little. When these guys go to biting I just can't help myself. I love it. I went in the pouring rain to catch these 14. I threw a few small ones back, these were'nt so lucky. Yes, that is my fileting board. If they make it thus far, they are not gonna make it back to the water. Did i hear a dinner bell? ding ding ding!

Thats quite a haul

I just dont know how you guys can target them though on warm water. I have to muster myself together to be able to tolerate eating them when caught through the ice.

Now that's a nice looking catch. And I'd love to tolerate eating a few of them! Not much is better than them, IMHO.
