I was just watching one of my favorite shows, Swamp People, and the Houma guys, RJ and JPaul were hunting a cannibal gator, hooked it and the narrator says he shoots it with his favorite gator gun, a .17 HMR :yoyo:...so the .17 HMR really can take any size game whoooo-hoooo

On one of the episodes, Bruce was shown in the water and shooting a gator with a North American Arms mini revolver.   That was BS.  You could tell it was a staged set up.

I seen that episode too Semp. The guys I work with believed it was real.  :laf: :laf:

And some of them do too!!  :laf: :laf:  I do enjoy seeing how those folks live & make a living. It's an interesting show for sure I think.

I liked the show a couple weeks ago where EElizzabet & Troy went after T-Rex. Then made up some T-Rex jumbalaya with him. When EElizabet showed up without her hat & hunting clothes on she sure didn't look the same.  :nono: :nono:

Yeah have you noticed some of the gators the narrator says, Troy has bagged a 700 pound monster then they haul it in like nothing and I am looking at it thinking, 700 pounds

HaMeR

Yeah. And last episode where 145# soaking wet Willie hauled that big ol 11 footer in the boat all by himself too.  :laf:  Now I have NO doubt them boys are all man & they certainly have a technique for loading them but some of those gators make you wonder how one person loaded them. Still an interesting show.  :eyebrownod:

Did you notice that the T-rex gator that Troy and Lizbeth loaded in the boat already had a tag on its tail.    :doh2:

Not saying they didn't catch the gator, but they staged that load him in the boat footage.   :laf:
