I don't think there are regs for # of rods for saltwater fishing in NJ.

I'd agree with you on that, Shad, but it looks like they're anchored up. And at that point the tide was dead high and not moving.

I did see them catch an eel, and it was like a chinese fire drill getting some of the rods out of the way.
