North Korea says they'll stop manufacturing in their nuclear plant specifically uranium in exchange for food aid from the Untied States.
Wouldnt it be easier to just return that entire continent back to the Ocean?

I found it interesting that in exchange for allowing inspectors back into the country, the US is giving over 225,000 TONS of food.  It seems that obama could give it to the poor that (according to the number of free/reduced price school lunches, welfare, etc.) live in the US.

I dont think we have ever stopped sending food AID over there. We are just going to send more than normal.
