Since the summer is about whipped and we didnt hold a fishing tournament this year. I'm gonna throw up a $50 dollar bounty for the Fins and Fur member that can post a picture of the biggest bass.
The catch...(hehe no pun intended) is that you have to be able to prove you caught it and didnt just come across the picture. If your in the picture, your as good as golden, but you better be recognizable verses a picture of you when you were eleven with a mullet cut...OR... some damn good credentials.  :eyebrow:

Only bass this time, sorry as this is just a spur of the moment. BUT...tell ya's what.....I'll give you until midnight the last day of September 2012 to pull it off.
Get out there and git it done
Pics must be posted in this thread.

Hmmmm....I may have to take my son out and visit an old haunt.

Dave

I'm assuming it's freshwater, largemouth & smallmouth?  At least that's what I think before some guy goes and posts some pics of some stripers.   :innocentwhistle:
Also, just this year, with a time stamp?

Hidehunter

 OK Im confused...A pic from this year already or a pic between now and end of Sept?

It does not have to be this year, but as mentioned you better be recognizable verses a picture of you when you were eleven with a mullet cut, otherwise there's no way to prove you actually caught the fish.

Freshwater Largemouth or Smallmouth

Ok, I'll get it started. If I go first at least I can say I had the biggest fish for a little while.

Five and a half pounds, taken on that curly tailed worn that's hanging out of its mouth:

You might as well write that check Jim. :eyebrownod:

Dave

Pat killed it for me.
Denver gave me a kick just to be sure.
Both are good pics of some nice fish.

Coulter

Yeah, I think I would need a state record to beat one of those behemoths. Nice fish guys...I don't think the little pond I fish is going to harbor anything that large though. It does have some lunkers though.

FinsnFur

Yeah it looks like Denver's got this one.
Buuuuuuuuuuuuut then again there is a couple weeks left :eyebrow: :eyebrow:

Thats right Jimbo,  Get out there and get em.  With the cooler temps at night and water temps starting to drop those big girls will start feeding up for the winter.  Should be a good time to catch a hawg!!

Some of the biggest bass I have ever caught in my life were caught in early fall. :eyebrownod:
They seem to want to gorge themselves one last time, and they school up tight when they do it too. I'm talking one right after another. :eyebrownod:

Not gonna compete, but I've been lazy about sharin many pics for awhile,
so I  thought I'd throw it up anyways.
Went for about 5 days up in Minnesota the end of July, Walleyes were VERY slow,
we hammered the Perch, and had a few really good Bass days.
