We have a youth shotgun shoot scheduled for 1:00 p.m. today.  Right now it is raining and the weather looks like it will continue to rain.  We limited the class to 15 (have 18 that I said yes to) and I wonder how many will actually come.  Time will tell.

It happened, but there was NO WAY I was going to take my camera out in that rain.  It was in the mid 30s, wind was blowing, rain was coming down and we had 13 of the 15 shooters out on the line.  We were using Remington 870 express shotguns so since Sunday I have been working on putting on some "new" finish.  They have a laminate that is made with soft woods (not Dymondwood) and they will soak up water.  But they are also inexpensive and at the rate we use them will last multiple lifetimes.
