 That'll work!    Dang old man winter came back today,  little ice and snow.  River is out of the bank. Guess we're not quite to spring yet. :pout:  I'm ready for beaver and turkey. :yoyo:

I forgot where you are but you must be close. We've had rain for 2 days and 3 nights now, we still got snow on the ground through it all, and were suppose to get 8 or more inches tonight when the rain changes over to snow again.

I'm looking forward to it.     I've also been trying to figure out how to blow the Haint gobble call that I just had to have and couldn't live without.   :laf:   So far I sound more like a drunk blowing a party horn on New Year's Eve.  Those guys on the videos make it look sooooo easy.   :eyebrownod:

I'm ready too, looks like it should be a good season.  :biggrin:

Part of the flock heading to the roost on Tuesday evening:

I saw about a hundred turkeys this day including probably two dozen toms.  :biggrin:

 Holy Cow!  With a herd that size you better be careful not to cause a stampede! :laf:

Nope.  Pat took me to his!    Turkeys were flying around like mosquitoes in the swamp in July.  And that, my friend, is turkey heaven.   ;yes;
